The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood easily accessible from the motorway and very close to Civitanova Marche and its many restaurants and sandy beach. Villa Torrione is made up of 4 independent apartments that can comfortably accommodate up to 13 people.

The nearest airports are Ancona 40km or Pescara 80km and Bologna 180km.

The Layout

Villa Torrione is a recently renovated house made of 4 independent apartments each equipped with modern comforts that a guest would think of such as AirCo, dishwasher, SmartTV, Nespresso coffee machine, large queen size double beds and comfortable sofas.

The layout of the 4 apartments is as follows:

Magnolia Apartment, located on the ground floor, has 2 double bedrooms, private bathroom and open space living room with fully equipped kitchen.

Ginepro Apartment, located on the ground floor, has 2 double bedrooms with an extra bed suitable for children, a private bathroom and open space living room with fully equipped kitchen.

Oleandro & Olivo Apartments, both located on the second floor, each has a double bedroom, a private bathroom and an open space living room with kitchen.

Each apartment is modernly furnished with a minimalist taste so that each guest can enjoy the large spaces of each area of the villa.

Outside, guests can enjoy either a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, used exclusively by guests of the villa, a large well-kept garden and a private tennis court.

There is also a large pergola for outdoor dining.

Cars can be parked easily within the premises.

Guests who rent the entire villa have exclusive access to the entire house. Alternatively, some external facilities can ONLY be shared with other potential guests.

Guests have a private space around the house to park their car.

The Surroundings

Santa Maria Apparente is a quiet area well served by public transport that connects the area to the center of Civitanova and its tourist harbour.

Within a 10 minute walk guests have the Cuore dell Adriatico shopping center and also the “Eurosuole Forum” the stadium where the famous volleyball team Lube Civitanova plays its home matches.
