Terms & Conditions

SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, water, heating, equipped kitchen (in the apartment), fridge, TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, bed, bath and table linen, WI-FI, free internal parking, final cleanings.

ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: On the day of arrival the accommodations will be available from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. On the day of departure the accommodations must be left by 10.00am.

RESERVATION: Reservations (email – telephone) are considered definitively confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation deposit. The methods and amount of the payment will be indicated at the time of booking with the response to the availability request.

DEPOSITS: €200.00 deposit per apartment, to be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card. The amount will be refunded upon departure. In case of rental of the entire venue the refundable damage deposit is €1500.00.

DEPOSIT: 20% of the amount of the stay, to be paid upon booking directly via our website by credit card or by bank transfer and balance of the entire amount 30 days before arrival, always by bank transfer or credit card (to be agreed at the time of booking). In case of bookings within 30 days before arrival, the sum due must be paid in full at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation of the reservation before 30 days from arrival, the confirmation deposit will not be returned and in case of any early departure, payment will be required for the entire period of the booked stay. In the event of stays not enjoyed due to late arrival, no-show or suspension of the stay, the confirmation deposit will not be returned and payment will be required for the entire period of the booked stay.
